Training Plan After 5,3,1?

I’ve been using a 5,3,1 program for years now.

I’ve been happy, but not blown away by the results. I’ve maintained or nearly maintained my big lift numbers, while dropping a weight class. I’ve mixed up the accessory work, but essentially kept my “conditioning” separate.

I’ve done a 2x a week lifting split.

This week is a deloading week, and I really need it. Was supposed to fight last weekend, but opponent dropped about a week out, so kept training last week, and am taking this week light.

I’d like to hit it hard again next week, but am really just looking to mix things up. I have the feeling I may be at a place where “just” mixing things up will give me some results.

Any programs out there anyone might suggest? Thanks

Might want to rethink how you’re looking at the first sentence in relation to the second two …
