Training Phases

What do you guys think of this? For the last year I’ve broken my training down to this. 12 weeks hypertrophy, 6 weeks strength, and 6 weeks lean out. For the first two phases I consume about 1.25x maintanice cals, and on lean out phase I consume about 90% maintaince cals. For example I’m about to repeat the phases starting with Ian’s 12 week programs (Upper and Lower), then move on to either Convergent Phase Training or maybe some modified 1-6 program, followed by maybe HST or meltdown. What do you guys think? I like having constructive feedback.
