Hi, I'm looking for someone to train with on a regular basis evenings/weekends at the Muscle Works Gym in Bethnal Green, London. I've just moved to London recently for work and only just got back into the gym. I've trained on and off for about a year and had a personal trainer for 3 months, but I essentially need to start over again. I'm reasonably clued up on what I want to do for my training, my goals, how to progress, and how to back it up with a good diet, etc. I just find it easier to stay motivated when training with someone else.
