Training Parameters for the Prowler

^ aside from not being able to vary the load, i’m guessing the weight plate along the floor is similar. we push one for 30m sprints on an indoor rubber track.

to up the intensity, we do the first two 30m ones with no rest inbetween, and then go with 60 sec rest intervals until we’re fucked and then 1 more.

for the summer, i’m hoping to get some sort of weighted sled put together to increase the intensity level. maybe all this prowling and sled pulling will make a man out of me.
