So I just joined T-Nation today after having been on the site virtually everyday for over two years now. My strength coach from my college hoops days put me onto the site and I love it. I'm 6'7, 235 lbs and while I was playing was as light as 215. Now that I am done playing staying what seemed rail thin isn't what I'm looking for. I was looking for someone to train with/place to workout because although I've been lifting weights and working out for years I still feel like I have a lot to learn. I live in San Diego and am open to any and all help. Any recommendations?
