Afternoon all,
Recently found some heavy rocks and sandbags and was wondering about training in the back with these.
Maybe doing my main lifts at the gym and back home for assistance?
Has anyone ever done that, advise against it?
However would these be better suited for carries, loading, chucking on a sled and dragging etc on non-gym days? (Conditioning)
Thoughts?

For awesome cardio, definitely . As assistance, maybe.
My conditionning days are usually done outside the gym. I use tyres, kettlebells, sand bags, a sledgehammer and, sometimes, my two 5 and 10 years old nephews to drag or pull on my prowler.
So, definitely yeap, go for it if you fancy a kick ass workout.
