Training on Thibs targeted ketogenic diet

Im planning to do the 12 week stepped ketogenic aproach that CT outlined in his newsletter, - next question is which training to do:

Im planning to go heavy, low rep and moderate volume like “Ripped, Rugged and Dense” version 1 & 2, Waterburys “Next Big Three” or my own 3 day 4x4/5x5 routine with compound lifts + power clean/power snatches.

Any opinions/experiences on this ?

i read his newsletter as well. i think your on the right track with the training.
