Training On MAG-10

I just got a bottle of this Limited Edition MAG-10. I’m double dosing twice in a row, and then single dosing once. Today was my first day and I am eating fairly big, making sure to get 200 grams of protein a day, with a goal of 250. I am 21, weigh 205, and am 6’3. My training regiment is as follows:

Max effort bench type workout - monday
a)

Work up over 5-10 sets to a max 5-3 rep set in some sort of bench related exercise

I.e. I hit a floor press of 315 for 1 rep my workout looks like:

I do: 45 x 1, 95 x 1, 135 x 1, 175x1, 185x1, 205x1, 225x1, 245x1, 265x1, 285 x 1 then I try to set a personal record in whatever exercise I’m hitting.

b) pec work - DB bench 4 x 10

c) Tri work - some kind of tricep movement 5x8

d) Upper back work - seated rows 4 x 12

e) shoulder work - front raise 4 x 10

f) external rotations - 3 x 12 (prehab)

Max effort squat-type-thing - wednesday

a) same workup type thing to a Box squat, GM, or heavy deadlift set

b) hamstring work - GHRS 3 x max reps

c) glute work - pull throughs 3 x 10

d) quad work - leg press 4 x 10

e) low back work - 1 leg back extension 3 x 12

Rep Bench day - thursday
a) max reps w/ 135 x 3 sets w/ 90s rest between

b) tri work - 5 x 5 close grip bench

c) flies - 5 x 8

d) pull-ups - 3 x max reps, each set followed by a max time hold at the very top of the pullup

e) l-lateral raise 4 x 10

f) cuban press 3 x 12 (prehab)

Rep squat day - saturday
a) max reps w/ like 185 x 3 sets w/ 90s rest between

b) step ups - 5 x 5

c) quad work - walking lunges 4 x across gym, steps short, trunk totally upright

d) rear leg elevated lunge - 4 x 10, bent forward at hip

e) leg curls 5 x 8

If anyone has any suggestions or feedback that would be great. As a college student, my diet is as good as it is going to get, but if anyone sees any huge critical errors in my training then by all mean, let me know. If anyone is interested I will tell you my sucess with MAG-10 after I get a couple weeks deep.
