Just read Christian’s new article “Turn Rest Days Into Growth Days”.
What sort of training do you recommend on Growth Days? Currently I’m doing HIIT (intense sprinting). Former fat guy (350 lbs., down to 174) here, so I put the sprints on my program to keep my weight down- I cut calories (and carbs) back on those days too.
Then they aren’t growth days, are they? 
Dang, guess not! Would doing the Sprints in the mornings of training days be a better idea instead?
So, what training (if any) do you advocate on Growth Days?
Growth days is only a different terminology I used for “rest/off days”. Do everything possible to enhance growth and recovery on your rest days.
