Training/Nutrition Plan Help

Hey, i am 16
quite short 5"8
And i weigh 135 pounds(i dunno if thats good)

I am really unsure where to start, i am VERY happy with my biceps and tricips. Aswell as my back muscle. My current training plan is:

  • 2 reps of 50 dumbells (5kg)
  • 2 reps of 50 sit ups
  • 2 reps of 25 pushups

For show off purposes i do:
5 pushups extra using one thumb and finger on each hand

and one pushup using just my thumbs

Current intake of food normally consists off:

  • Chocolate muffin or fry up for breakfast
  • Alot of Tea
  • Dinner (veg and meat, fish twice a week)
  • can of beans

What I’m hoping to achieve is to put together an intensive training/nutrition plan, to push myself to the limits for the next few months, inwhich i would then slow down. The reason for this is i have alot of time on my hands and im trying to proove to myself i can do this. One other thing id mainly be in training abs.

I would appreciate, ways i can improve my training and diet.

I have access to, dumbells and a basic weigth lifting bench

Cheers for any help

Ok, first off, you need to start doing more exercises. Start squatting, deadlifting, rowing, lunging, benching, chining, twisting, in that order.

It sounds like you’ve got some fairly decent arm strength, but full-body strength is better. Have a look at:
www.davedraper.com/forum/pmwiki/pmwiki.php?n=PmWiki.BodypartExerciseSuggestions
It’s a Wiki of many good exercises to start with. Pay close attention to form

Start lifting bigger weights. 50 reps with 5kg is not going to get you much strength or size. Lift heavier stuff, and search around here for good workout programs. I’d start with Westside for Skinny Bastard if I were you.

EAT MORE! Good God, at 130 you’re a frickin’ twig.

By back muscle I assume you mean skin and bones. Read the site

dunno if this is good i did some more measurements:

Biceps = 13 inches
waist = 30 inches

Ill check out that wiki site

thnks for the help
