Training Modifications


Okay, here's the scoop. I have a completely destroyed left ankle. About six months ago I inverted and tore alot of the anterolateral ligaments (the ones on the outside of the ankle). My issue is this: Due to the fact that at any given moment I could roll over on it, I have lost alot of ROM and it has had a huge affect on any lower body training. I am not satisfied with doing leg press, extnesions, etc. and need to find some modidications to cater to my ankle. Anybody got some exercise suggestions? And yes I'm scheduled for surgery within the next 2 to 3 months. Cheers.
