i have done some training just before lunch, then had my lunch and after maybe 20 to 30 min or so i get terribly sleepy, like a KO, and i cant function properly at work. will i have to stop lunch training or can i somehow dodge this sleepiness i experience. any thoughts or ideas?

Is your lunch High calorie or heavy on the carbs? Basically whats going on is your feeling the end result of a insulin spike .

i usually buy my lunch at the local restaurant and usually i can handle it without falling into hibernation. but ill try and bring my own with less carbs on my lunch training days. really hope i can fix it that easily.
