Hello
Starting my own training log here.
I am a woman in my 30s and a mother. I have PCOS. I had never trained with weights ever before. I have had an inverted triangle body shape that i never really cared to look after but after pregnancy I am now fully resolved to transform my body shape from having a heavy upper body and very slim legs and flat butts to a shapely ( if not overly thin) upper body and well built and large thighs and legs and large buttocks.
I have enrolled for a program and below is my workout and diet schedule.

Lost about 4.4 lbs and significant inch loss over my upper body. I don’t seem to have made much progress in my lower body though. Glutes seem to be ever ever so slightly rounded but that could be an illusion.
My training schedule has been modified to include greater reps in upper body and more challenging lower body workout . I shall be posting the recent one shortly…
Diet is my major concern as I feel i am taking a high calorie diet. Although its helping me gain muscles esp on my arm as i had very slim arms and i am quite happy with the shape they are acquiring gradually ! And the fact that i am still losing weight is keeping me on. Any suggestions on diet would be most welcome as i feel this weight loss will eventually slow down and become stagnant.
