If you have a contest coming up, sure thing. Like, signed up for a show with a concrete date and are actively training for it. Not just “I think I want to compete some day”.
Otherwise, Training Logs is the best bet. You can always tag members to grab their attention for specific questions using the @ symbol before their username.
Over-35, Powerlifting, and Powerful Women are other pretty specific categories that have training logs in them that are directly tied in to that forum’s topic. But the Bodybuilding section is specifically intended for actual physique sports, not general “bodybuilding” like many people use the term.
