Training Log / Food Log

I’m looking for a comprehensive logging system that will track my exercise progression and my food intake.

I’d rather it be a web app. as opposed to a stand-alone application so that everything will be stored on a server and I could access it anywhere.

There are pay services out there, but I don’t know too much about them. I wouldn’t mind using one of them, but a free site would be great.
