Training Log (Appreciate Help)

Youre only doing 115lbs on your calves and 315lbs on your leg press???

Try to get out of your comfort zone…Im doing 450lbs on the leg press and calf raises (on the leg press).

Way too much volume for your biceps on the original post. You have 11 sets of biceps movements, none of which are from compound double jointed movements like chins or any variation thereof. Reps are the key factor to realize, even before exercise selection.

The more sets you have, the lower number of reps you must use and vise versa. You must recognize your training goal and devise a plan to achieve that goal. A little of this and a little of that wont get you where you want to go.
