Training Like a Bodybuilder

Hi there, basically i’ve been training now for just over 1 year and have made some gains. My training has mostly been of higher frequency routines but im going to give a lower frequency routine a go, to see how i go. Im new to the forums and enjoy logging my progress. All support is welcomed greatly. I’ll be following ‘Kingbeef’s’ 5 day split routine from his thread. Updates and pictures daily. Here we go!

Thats it! pretty simple, i’ve been not well for the last week with flu and had a week off training. I’ve lost some strength due to not eating right the past week and my energy levels are still down compared to normal.
