T brothers and sisters, I need your opinion. I use the Oscillating Wave Program and want to increase my conditioning. What would you recommend; should I reduce rest periods between sets or add a set(s)?

Definitely reduce rest periods between sets. Adding an additional set may overtrain you.

i would say reduce rest periods. you should try both though, to see what king of effect you get. People respond defirently. laters pk
