Anyone out there know of a good gym to train at in the down town edmonton city? be there in fall for school, my two options now are u of a or gmac gym. Or anyone interested in trainging strongman on the weekends or something let me know.
We have a great PL facility at the U of A, also have some strongman equipment. It’s right across the hall from the main fitness center. PM me if you need some info.
