A question, do most boxers/fighters not train multiple times a day? Do they lack that type of focus, not have the time, is it to draining or do they find that it is not necessary? I find it weird how an athlete would not do everything in their power to get better.
For example many times you here about a pro athlete who takes an extra 500 shots a day be it basketball, soccer or golf and you here people/sports news comment on the dedication but, I think to myself is that not what they should be doing, should this not be expected of every athlete ?
