In your experiences, how often do you prefer to train each muscle? Once, twice, three times a week? I am confused as to which one which would be most productive when it comes to gaining mass.
Ask that question to 3 different bodybuilders and get 3 different answers. Check out the HST program. It is very well researched and seems that it would work. It says to train each bodypart every 48 hours!

It’s a good question but not one anyone can give a definite answer on. I tend to agree with the research behind HST supporting more frequent workouts. (each muscle 3x week)
My experience is 3X/wk produces the best growth for me.
