Training frequency

I was fascinated by Charlie Francis’s statements of the last two weeks. For example 48hrs. between high intensity sessions. How often can one train for strength(absolute) in a week or in 10 days? He says that you should not go for a max in the squat anymore frequently than every 10 days? how about the bench or overhead press?

I have the same question…I must have read that article 5 times…and still am unsure…
