Training Frequency Recent Meta Analysis

Just saw this today. Seems like the working hypothesis in training frequency for hypertrophy is changing a bit. Before it was like same volume spread out over 2x per week > once a week but from this recent analysis it looks like the other way around so if Volume is equated whichever frequency you choose only has a minor effect.
