Training Frequency Question

Years Training : Year & 6 Months

I have broken my fibula about a month ago and obviously havent been training my legs. Question; can i work all bodyparts 2 times a week ?

Current Split :

  • Day 1: Chest/Triceps
  • Day 2: Back/Biceps
  • Day 3: Shoulders/Traps

I would like to train 6 days a week, can i do this split two times a week without overtraining ? i recover pretty quickly .

Try it. You said you recover quickly, so great. If it doesn’t work decrease the frequency. Sorry to hear about the fibula.

just adjust your volume to whatever youre use to.
like if i were to do it my chest or back day would look like:

compound 3 sets
compound 3 sets
1-2 movements for arm iso 3-6 sets

same for most of the others. i think shoulders can take a big hit though when it comes to all the isolation raises/shrugs and such.

and obvi eat and sleep well :slight_smile:
