Training for wiry strengtt w/shoulder injury

Ok I tore one of the tendons holding my right shoulder in the socket. Namely the one that connects the humerous to the clavicle. My right shoulder is now quite loose. I still have most of my Range of motion but I am concerned I will injure it further if I continue to lift with it out of wack. Any suggestions on ways to improve the shoulder so I can get back to lifting? I have been to a PT and a DC and nothing has helped I have also done ART. Any suggestions I am getting very desparate. I am worried about losing my gains and getting fat.
