Training for Power

I have been following your forum and work on this site for some time now, and i must say it has been a huge inspiration.

I am a 60m/100m sprinter and my question for you is:

Say I have a power, a strength and an upper body day during my week. What is the best way to incorporate simple plyometrics (box-jumps, broad jumps, etc.)? My current routine on the power day is A: Snatch variation(usually power snatches or pulls), B: Paused full squats for speed. C: Auxiliary movement for the posterior chain. Would it be smartest to start out with jumps, do it after snatches or squats, or use them as a superset of some sort?
