Training for Next 6 Weeks

Hey Jim,

Since my patellar tendonitis hasn’t healed up yet, i will only be able to train my upper body, maybe some back extensions and some very light RDLs could be in the equation.

A
Warmup
Mobility and 10-15 throws
Press 50x fsl
Dips
Chins
HLR
Each 50-100, supersetted
Battle ropes or light stationary biking

B
Warmup
Mobility and 10 to 15 throws
Bench 531 PR set
Db incline
Db row
Back ext
Each 50 to 100
Battle ropes or light stationary biking

C
Warmup
Mobility and 10 to 15 throws
Maybe 3x8 rdl with 50 KG or so
Press 531 PR set
Curls
Db/hammerstrength seated press
Ab wheel or maybe kb swings
Each 50 to 100
Battle ropes or light stationary biking

Maybe i’ll try some light prowler pushes or sled pulls in a few weeks. It’s getting really frustrating.

Thank you
Viktor

P.S. my question is wether this plan would be okay for my situation

Why don’t you do GM or RDL every training day? I don’t understand what you are doing with this program.

Just trying to put an useful plan together that enables me to train my upper body well while me knee is healing. Okay, GM every training day sounds goot to me. How exactly would you lay a 3 day “full” body program with GM out?
Thanks
