Hi everyone, I'm a newbie to this forum and probably shouldn't post a topic this early but I sincerely want to be in the best possible condition for A&S that is coming up soon. I was wondering if there are any SOF guys on here that could recommend a training program? I'm active duty 0311, just ran a 300 pft a couple days ago, run/swim 2-3 times a week, and strength train 6 days a week with 1 rest day.
Hiking wise with a pack I'm good to go as well. I have the 10 week build up worksheet given to me by my recruiter but it seems the first couple weeks I'd be wasting my time and actually getting out of shape compared to where I am physically at right now.
