Training for Easy-Hardgainers

What would a typical easy-hardgainer routine look like?

If I were you I would try to concentrate on strength. If you’re an easy gainer you will gain strength relatively quickly and that will help to keep you ahead of the adpatation of the muscle - Repeated Bout Effect -, and optimize hypertrophy.

So I would go for a powerlifting-like routine.

This applies of course if you are not a beginner!
