the exercise calls for vipr side to side jumping lunges. im fucking not jumping for lunges lol. made do with an ez curl bar. the example given was a vipr with blue tape at the end so im guessing its 8kg?

curls were easier today.
will be training olympic lifts again after mid june till end 2024? we’ll see how it goes since the locations that allow oly are not near my house or workplace. my aim for this is to put up a good total (100/120?) at 81kg. My current ones stands at 90/100 at 69kg which i think i can beat now.
will still be training pullups but not so hard i guess. Rows have a better strength carryover from what im experiencing now. will still aim for the 80kg pullup as a long term goal.
