I would like to ask wha should be the best to follow after nationals?
I will have 8,5 week for training for european championships and absolutely dont know what training to choose to improve.
(83 cat, raw, aiming for 245-170-315 @ nationals)
Do something similar to what you did for the last 8 weeks before nationals. You might not be able to get a whole lot stronger in that short of a time, just make sure you don’t get weaker.
