i only started dieting five months ago
salmon/chicken/turkey
veggies/fruits/whole grains
I don't count calories just eat clean throughout the day

thanks man legs are one of my favorite body parts to work out even though I don't think I put up impressive numbers

I didn't mean diet to lose weight I still get close to 3000 calories daily I just eat clean no meat/cheese/fast food /fried etc.. I've been eating like crap my whole life and even though I was fit I had high cholesterol(close to 300 lol) that's what made me switch up. But I did lose weight unfortunately I was 220 now I'm around 205 at 6feet
