Hey ,I want to start with 5 3 1My question is if it is ok when i train mondays: squat , wednesday: bench press , friday: deadlift and sunday overhead press.Is this split ok? And my second questiok is what kind of assisantce work i should add i would do the deadlift with 5 sets of 10 at my squat day and overhead press und bench day and squat on deadlift and bench at op day is it ok and enough for regeneration?

Personally, I would do the absolute minimum required to progress (towards you goal) - that is something you need to work out.
