Training Blocks with Elimination Circuits and Neuro Carryover

I m thinking a program…
3 week each block
block one hypertrophy/accumulation:
Muscle group split + elimination circuit
Block two strength/intensification:
Push pull leg + elimination circuit
Block three hypertrophy/accumulation
Muscle group split + neurological carryover for 2/3 big lift
Block four strength/intensification
Push pull leg + neurological carryover for 2/3 big lift

have sense? Or the neuro carryover is to much?
