Training & Biomechanics Book: Seated Band Leg Curl


Following the debate opened by Paul Carter on the “lock your scapula …”, I wonder if you know this book :

This book was written by a french (one of the best biomechanist and illustrator on the world), well known in France.
I think a lot could be learned by reading this book.

A small excerpt about the seated curl leg :

I have very rarely seen anyone do it this way (the safest and best way to recruit the hamstrings).

I think it’s one of the best book for the lifters.

Seated band curls? I do them and I know several that do.

Not really the seated band curl itself but the torso position during the seated band/machine leg curl.
