So there are a lot of variables that can impact your training or general health. I was reading about vitamin D, using cold temperatures to improve body composition, and a few other similar articles. I am curious what type of small changes to your training, nutrition, or supplementation have had a significant effect on your physique or well-being.

I personally have used vitamin D at 4,000 iu/ED consistently for the last 3 months and the changes to my mood are apparent.
