I was following your Cns/muscle day approach. Where I had two heavier days working up to a 3rm on squat/bench , clean and press/deads. With the muscle days being isolation work to failure on muscles involved in assistance of those lifts.
I just had a month layoff due to a tough work schedule and lack of a gym. I would like to know how I should approach starting training again? Get back into the same routine but maybe 5rm for the first two weeks on Cns? Something different completely. My main goal is hypertrophy.
