Training After Minor Wrist Surgery

Hey guys, getting minor wrist surgery this thursday to remove a ganglion cyst that developed from powerlifting. Trying to brainstorm some exercises ill be able to do to still keep my upper body muscles under load.

For the first 5 or so days I’ll be wearing the original pressure dressing, so I cant use my wrist at all, but after that I’ll be in a wrist brace.

What I have in mind: Lots of legs and abs like high bar squats and fronts with arms crossed. Pec dec flyes. Lateral raises with humerus pads or with dumbbells in the crook of the elbow.

Im mainly looking for chest/back that wont use too much wrist motion.

thanks
