Training after Lumbar Fusion

Did this sept29 2013 in a car wreck, I’m already back to training but my back gets so tired so quickly. Basically looking for some advice on getting that strength back. I can’t really jump, I can kind of sprint, I can do sets of 155lbs on dead lifts and 135lbs on squats. I should also mention I’m a prison guard in a supermax institution so I really don’t have a choice but to be mobile and as sturdy as possible again.
