Training after long layoff period

I’ve started training again after not doing any training for about 5 months.
It’s my fourth week and I’ve been following a 3 sets of 7-10 type programme.
Which type of program should I be following if I want to cut bodyfat and maybe add some LBM. I figured since I haven’t been training for so long that I would be able to loss fat and add mass like a beginner would?
I was thinking about using the 5x5 method. Am I supposed to superset the excercises or just do them straight?
Can anyone reccomend a 3 day 5x5 program bearing in mind the fact I train at home with limited equipment. I have dumbells and a barbell, a bench with incline and a lat pull down extension, oh and a EZ curl bar.
