Training after Liposuction

Howdy. Had lipo on the abs, handles, and back about three weeks ago. Problem is that my doctor won’t offer me any advice on returning to training except “take it easy”. I started back lifting a week ago and it didn’t really bother me but my concern is this… Should I be on a cutting or building cycle now? Restrict calories/use thermo’s or not? Is the remaining fat in the suctioned areas less mobile because of broken blood vessels, etc.? I’m 5’10", 180#, waist is about 30" and arms are about 15". Body fat is still around 12%. Started an Andro/Nandro stack and ZMA a week ago. Diet is not the best but high on protein and no sugar. Any advice is appreciated.
