34 weeks ago I had surgery to repair my torn ACL I received playing for my highschool football team. I used to be reasonably strong, At 204 lbs and 15 1/2 yo I could bench press 270 lbs Squat just under 400 lbs and clean 260 lbs. As expected my lower body has gone to hell, if someone could suggest a program that would get me back up to where I used to be I would appreciated it.

yes i’ve finished my therapy
