Training Advice Plz

Hi my name is danny and im 16.

I’ve been working out about 2-3 times a week since christmas and for the last month ive been working out 4-5 times a week i lift dumbells and bench press and a few other things but im not noticing any big muscle growth can anyone give me some advice on how to build muscle fast???

It takes time to build muscle, and it’s all based around 3 things:
Lifting heavy + Eating lots + Rest (Sleep) = Muscle growth.

You are probably not eating enough, and not using enough exercises. You need to focus on bigger, compound movements and train your lower body as well.
