what kind of workout would you suggest
im 16 and i have only been lifting for about a year the only kind reps i have used is straight sets to failure and have started to stall with my strength gains.

i looked at the link but im still confused about what weight to use for each set.

Use weight that YOU can lift, no one can tell you what weight to lift, it varies person to person. Ramp up the weight each set. On the lighter sets, put more focus on the negative rep (slow decent), and the explosion of the muscle contraction.
