Im doing 531, hit the gym late last night and didnt have time to finish bench assistance (DB Bench) and planned to do it today. However I woke up pretty sore and Im not sure if this is a good idea to DB Press (5x15) a sore muscle.
Forget about it, just wait till next week.

In general, it's better to suck it up and not be a pussy. If I had to skip the gym every time I'm sore, I probably would have been to the gym 4 or 5 times in my life. However, in your case, doing 5/3/1, you got your main lift taken care of, don't worry about it until next week.
