My friend has asked me to help him get ready for softball season next year, He has practically no lifting experience. I am thinking of putting him on a 3 day a week program.
He is 5'8 and 180-190 lb's. In the past few years he has had issues with his hammies and his right shoulder.
I think I am going to do Defranco's WSFSB program but modify it as Joe reccomends to take out or at least cut down on the benching as a ME exercise. Let me know what you think
