Training 7 Days Per Week?


In your article about NCT (Neural Charge Training) you claim that it’s more effective to perform 3 30 minute sessions a day than one 90 minute session and training 35 minutes 7 days a week is better than training 1hour 4 days a week.

Let’s take the power look program as and example, 4 days a week routly 1 hour per workout. Would it be better to split up the sessions and actually train 7 days a week with the same volume? How would you go about this?
