This is pretty much just so that I can keep track of my training. The main focus of this cycle was to increase the volume and frequency of the big 3's. With training 6 times a week and spliting it up so it will cycle between squat and bench days, and pure deadlift. The only accessory work that was done, was upperbody and core. If i would have added any accessory lower body work it would have been too much.
