Trainging Program

I am 6 feet tall and 206 lbs. I am looking for a trainging program to me lose fat and gain lean muscle/mass. Can someone please recommend a program(s). Thanx… rayfusion…

If those are your goals read some of the many great articles at this website. I would suggest meltdown training or a John Davies program from renegadetraining.com and look around for a diet to follow.

On the other side of TMag there’s a thing called a FAQ. That stands for frequently asked questions. Along with all the programs in there , there’s nutrition stuff as well. You weren’t super specific about your goals, but whatever they are, there’s enought stuff in there to keep you going for a coon’s age.
