I am looking for a good trainer in NYC who can help me construct a program to reach my fitness goals (leaning out and getting cut). I played soccer for a number of years at a high level, but for the past years I have toned down my training on account of injuries and becoming less serious about the sport.
I am now motivated to rev up my fitness again and would like to enroll the help of a trainer to help me write a customized program. Since I have had some injuries and muscle tightness, if the trainer has a strong understanding of repairing the body and improving flexibility, that would be a great.
